Randy was a key player in dealing with the (project name) and because of that experience he has
extensive knowledge of how it works, how to deal with the many potential issues, when the issues are data,
when they're software and when they are business process. Before he did the legwork, NO ONE knew how the
project worked.
Also, he has a good working relationship and understanding with the Business client. Ultimately, his
knowledge of the project up to this point is invaluable and more extensive than anyone else's in that he
is experienced on the business, data, and rendering branches of it. Of anyone on the team, I think
he's probably the key-person on the project.
