While at Northeastern Supply our company built a 100,000 square foot automated warehouse. Randy was tasked with understanding, gathering requirements, implementing and conducting training for our warehouse management. He handled these duties in addition to managing e-commerce development for the company website. Randy's ability to design and match systems' process flow with physical activities resulted in numerous improvements in the warehouse operation. Should Randy have stayed with the company after the project completed, he would have likely moved into an operations management role.

Randy is able to take on new responsibilities with little background or oversight and consistently learn, organize, improve and deliver exceptional results.
