My skill set boils down to a few key things: Agile project and portfolio management, business and systems analysis, business process improvement, and creating effective presentations. I know how to work with a variety of personalities and skill sets (both in person or virtually) from executives to vendors to front-line workers, to focus and define a scope and stay on schedule and budget to produce impressive deliverables. I know how to use continuous process improvement tools to increase the throughput of an operation and improve the organization's bottom line. And I know how to roll up my sleeves as a business and systems analyst to get to the heart of an issue, define what is needed, gain agreement, make a plan, and move.
