I served in the role of Interim Project Lead and Senior Business Analyst. In this capacity I served as the liaison between our business client, our development teams, and management. I was able to effectively work with all stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, clarify scope, create and communicate expectations, prioritize and organize workflows, create and run test plans and cases, supervise code promotions, and improve not only the product but also the process by which we created future output.
