Responsible for managing a portfolio of concurrent IT projects for the Utah Department of Community and Culture (DCC) designed to digitize cultural assets and make them available online, automate manual workflows, and facilitate useful database connections. Created and continue to manage extensive vendor network. Implemented online project management tracking system. Prepare all project presentations for Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (GOPB) and Utah State Legislature. Worked with DCC executives to implement Agile project and portfolio management practices and proven IT governance approaches. Implemented Salesforce.com. Built grants management system and other applications on force.com platform. Recognized nationally for progressive use of Software as a Service (SaaS) in government. Project recently cited as exemplary in the Utah Advisory Commission to Optimize State Government report to Governor Herbert.

Worked with Utah State Archives to develop a planning document for an enterprise-wide, long-term electronic records management strategy for Utah state government agencies.

Worked with Utah State Finance to assess current project portfolio management practices and suggest more effective alternatives.
