HCG Financial had two divisions: one that issued private-label credit cards for optional healthcare procedures and another providing leasing for dental equipment. Up until that point, the divisions operated entirely separately with no cross-marketing. I developed a bankcard processing product that we offered to our entire client base that opened an entirely new revenue stream with neglible marketing costs.

I also edited two company newsletters: one for practictioners we worked with that offered product updates, training on paperwork, and other valuable information, and one that was used as a marketing piece for practice management consultants.
