I began teaching Palm Basics classes to store clients and then instituted a free, "tip-of-the-week" email service for those who attended the class.

After publishing a sufficient number of tips, I started the the Palm Place web site to archive past tips as well as provide a simple portal to other web-based resources for Palm users.

In May of 2000 I ranked number five in the U.S. for Palm sales.
