When I began as manager I was told my first priority was to generate $50-60,000 / month in retail business. At the time, retail volume was almost nonexistent. I developed significant partnerships with key merchants that consistently brought in $100-115,000 monthly.

As a part of this project, I worked with my staff to reduce application processing time from approximately eight hours to 20 minutes. This process eventually went throughout the district.
