Responsible for managing a multi-million dollar contract with multiple, monthly, contractual deliverables and a staff of 19.
The portfolio has three project areas: moving a live, critical application from one data center to another; SQA testing; and
staff augmentation for a variety of roles in the Austin data center (AITC). Prior to this contract, I managed the end of the
VA’s 21st Century Medical Scheduling (21CMS) project. I trained with SMS as deputy PM on the Enrollment project. My teams
have hit every deliverable on schedule and under budget. I’m fully cleared and onboarded with the VA.
